Bad days. Everyone has them. Its almost unavoidable. Unfortunately, I am having one of those days today. Its one of those just want to collapse and cry moments. Aren't those just the worst. But never fear, here are a few ideas for those bad days!
Watch a funny movie. Laughing helps a lot
Go for a walk. Exercise can improve your mood very quickly
Dance out your frustrations
Make a list of things you are grateful for
Spend time with old friends
Go to an arcade
Decorate something with gems and glitter
Sing karaoke. LOUD
Play old board games or old video games
